CAN I DECIDE WHAT THE HAND-WRITTEN NOTE SAYS?
Of course! After you complete your order on-line, we will be in touch via email to work out all of those details with you. So watch for an email from hello@adorngiftandhome.com
WILL THE GIFT I SEND LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PICTURE?
Yes! We work hard to curate beautiful and well thought-out gift collections.  We select just the right items to make your gift not only beautiful but thoughtful too. If for some reason we would need to swap out an item, please know we would contact you first for approval. 
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Please allow at least one week for delivery. Gifted boxes typically process within 1-3 business days and are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. If you need your order on or by a specific date please email us at hello@adorngiftandhome.com and we will try our best to make it happen! Currently, we only ship within the United States.
MY ORDER IS A GIFT, WILL YOU PLEASE NOT INCLUDE THE RECIPT?
Of course. We will only include copies of receipts by request.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to the time and attention to detail we take in assembling your gift, all sales are final. We take great care in making sure your gifts arrive to their destination just as lovely as they left us. If there has been damage to your item(s) in transit, please notify us immediately at: hello@adorngiftandhome.com
